1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to any paid plan, or using the Market Trend service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Market Trend provides next-day trend predictions for various financial instruments across Forex, Crypto, Indices, Stocks, and Commodities. Predictions are generated using proprietary analysis methods and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Free Plan: One-time free scan. No payment required.
- Starter Plan ($9.99/week): 5 scans per week, billed weekly.
- Basic Plan ($19.99/week): Up to 14 scans per week, billed weekly.
- Premium Plan ($29.99/week): Up to 32 scans per week, billed weekly.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your Account page, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with predictions, unused scans, early cancellation, or technical issues.
- By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.
- Cancellation stops future billing only. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing period.
- This policy applies to all subscription tiers and all payment methods.
5. Minimum Commitment
By subscribing to a paid plan, you commit to a minimum of one (1) billing period (one week). During this period, cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after using the service is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account will be immediately suspended.
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with full transaction and usage records.
- You may be permanently banned from the service.
- Any outstanding balance may be sent to collections.
7. Disclaimer
Market Trend predictions are not financial advice. Past predictions do not guarantee future results. Trading in financial markets involves risk, and you may lose money. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our predictions.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
